Strengths

Das Sheraton Grand Salzburg gehört zur größten Hotelkette weltweit (Marriott) welches viele Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten intern sowie extern in anderen Marriott Häusern bietet. Das Team im Sheraton Grand Salzburg ist wie eine große Familie und man kann sich auf seine Kolleginnen & Kollegen verlassen. Jeder unterstützt jeden! Es finden regelmäßig Events/Meetings für die Mitarbeiter statt wo man sich weiterbilden kann und auch Ehrungen stattfinden. Das Hotel wird gut geführt und es bietet sehr gute Arbeitsplätze!

Derzeit gibt es meiner Meinung nach keine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Dream Team makes work a pleasant place to be!

Strengths

Working environment is more than someone could ask for. The trainings in Marriott offer a quick to learn skillset that is very helpful. I am glad to be part of the Sheraton team and Marriott worldwide family.

Things to improve

Lack of staff makes reaching proper targets sometimes a little difficult at critical times.

Very comfortable place to work at

Very nice collective, well structured trainings, flexibility in shift planning and free meals and coffee during the day

In general, nothing comes to mind at the moment

About The Job

Contact with guests, help with arrivals and departures. Standard reception work and concierge requests. Every day is different, as it should be in a hotel of this quality :)

- Gehalt und Benefits sind extrem schlecht (leider typisch Gastro) - Work-Life-Balance, flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle, Weiterbildungsmöglichkeit (sowohl intern und extern) sind nahezu nicht vorhanden
