Atmosphere of surveillance with various control mechanisms in place. Micro-management and severe lack of trust within whole organization including senior management. None inclusive work environment, no enablement of staff and neither caring nor authentic / inspiring leadership. Minorities are not being cared for. Communication is not authentic or honest. No open work environment, no transparency.
