Es war sehr erfrischend für ein Fortune 500 Unternehmen zu arbeiten, besonders als erster Job

Things to improve

Es sollte nicht so viel Wert auf gespielte soziale Wertschätzung gelegt werden. Es ist nicht falsch Mädchen um ein Date zu fragen, oder jemanden nach seiner Religion als Gesprächsthema zu fragen. Im Team sollte es keine Spitzel oder Anschwärtzer geben, bzw. diese sollten so wenig wie möglich für eine wirklich offen Unternehmenskultur sien.

Flexibles Arbeitszeit Modell und Home Office, internationales Arbeitsumfeld und virtuelle Teams, interessante Produkte, dynamisches Umfeld.

Things to improve

In vielen Bereichen fehlt die Wertschätzung der Mitarbeiter. Man ist nur eine austauschbare Ressource, die ggfs mit einem Package gekündigt wird, wenn das Ziel des Bereichs Personalabbau ist. Keine Gehaltserhöhung in Jahren.
