Strengths

Die Autonomie und das Miteindander! Eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe, es wird gefordert und gefördert. Familiäres und kein hierarchisches Umfeld. Außerdem sehr schöne Büroräumlichkeiten und eine sensationelle Lage des Hotels.

Things to improve

Seit diesem Jahr werden die IT Fehler rasch behoben, daher habe ich erstmal keine Verbesserungsvorschläge.
