Das alle aber wirklich alle Menschlich geblieben sind. Es macht sehr viel Spaß im Hotel Theophano zu arbeiten

Ein wirklich sehr guter Arbeitgeber

Strengths

Es hat einfach Spaß gemacht. Die Leitung und die Besitzer, haben immer ein offenes Ohr und sind für ihre Mitarbeiter da.

Things to improve

natürlich gibt es hier und da mal noch ein paar Baustellen, aber das ist doch überall so. Mehr Urlaubstage...aber das liegt ja nicht in den Händen der Besitzer... :)
