Strengths

Die gute Arbeitsatmosphäre, die Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art, das hervorragende Betriebsklima, sowie die Tätigkeit in einem grossen Konzern zeichnen den Arbeitgeber weit über die Grenzen der Schweiz hinaus aus. Es gibt sämtliche Mitarbeiter -Benefits die das Unternehmen bietet. Geregeltes Frei und Urlaubshandling und sehr gutes Salär.

Die Personalkost ist gut, könnte aber ab und an mehr Salate und leichtere Kost bieten.

Top Hotel in super Lage direkt am Bodensee

gutes Team, gute Organisation, Location direkt am See, im Sommer Badi gleich nebenan, der Spa/ Fittness darf auch von Mitarbeitern benutzt werden

W-lan im Personalhaus, ist aber wohl schon in Arbeit

Top Lage,paar Besserungvorschläge wären da. Aber alls dabei was es braucht.

Strengths

Arbeitslage, direkt am See. Verschiedene Bereiche, von der klassischen Bar bis hinüber zur Gourmetrestaurant ist alls dabei. Die Bankette, von Geburtstagen bzw. Hochzeiten, Seminare etc. sind der Highlight und wird eim nie langweilig, denn jeder Anlass hat seine Spezialitäten.

Things to improve

Das Frühstücksbuffet/raum sollte origineller gebaut werden. Bzw. In einem separatem Raum, damit der Platz nicht in 2 verschiedene Restaurants untergebracht werden muss. Und die Atmosphäre gemütlicher wäre.
