About The Job

I was responsible for the guest and support of the Night Manager in the daily night shift for both the Hilton Zurich Airport (323 rooms) and the Apart Hotel Zurich Airport (67 rooms). The daily duty include the preparation of the arrival of international individual, group and VIP travellers as well as the Independent review, acceptance and flexible handling of layover requests from Zurich Airport. I daily duty amongst others was the Team Management, I also was closely collaborating with other departments and managing the F&B Outlet and Debtor settlement. Despite multiple other tasks i was also in charge of keeping track of monthly statistics.
