Als Kundenbetreuer/in betreut man Kunden, die eine möblierte Wohnung suchen. Dazu gehören die Besichtigungstermine, viel Korrespondenz per Mail und am Telefon, die Rechnungsstellung und man ist Ansprechpartner bei Problemen während der Mietzeit.
