It's all about the management - no acknowledgement of works of the team - team atmosphere has changed over the last months the fun is somehow gone and pressure has taken over
I think the management need to listen and be part of the team instead of working to close with just few colleagues. We see and hear more than it might look like

The hotels product and services are speak for itself and made it easier for us to sell it to local and international customers.
Employee meals have more healthier options and training would be nice to have. Equal opportunities for everyone whether or not an employees or may not speak fluent german.
The work crosses over from reservations to front office. That is where the lines get blurry. Multitasking is good but in this case highly inefficient. It shows how management prefers quantity over quality.
