Tolle Arbeitskollegen, leider eine hohe Personalfluktuation und keine konkurrenzfähigen Angebote. Gehälter im unteren Durchschnitt, keine Prämien/Boni, kaum wirkliche Benefits für Mitarbeiter (nur das Standardangebot, HVV-Ticktet sehe ich als selbstverständlich an)

Ausbau von angemessenen Gehältern, Boni-Optionen, schlechte Kommunikation innerhalb des Unternehmens, viel Flurfunk
