In einem Cluster HR Office ist man für mehrere Hotels zuständig und kann viel mitgestalten. Jeder in der Abteilung hat einen Zuständigkeitsbereich und kann sich einen Schwerpunkt wie zum Beispiel Training, Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit, Administration, Onboarding, Diversity & Inclusion aussuchen.
