Die allgemeine Strukturierung. Fortschrittliche Weiterbildungsangebote - jedoch alles intern. Work-Life Balance durchaus gegeben

Die Hierarchie flacher gestalten. Mitarbeiterevents so gestalten das auch die operativen Abteilungen alle teilnehmen können.

Für Gäste wird alles getan, die MA werden wie eine Zitrone ausgequetscht

Zusammenhalt unter den Mitarbeitern, Vorgesetzte / Geschäftsleitung kümmern sich nicht um deren Anliegen.

Work Life Balance, Gehälter (es wird nicht nach Leistung bezahlt), man hört Mitarbeitern nicht zu und reagiert nicht auf deren Nöte.
