Die ursprüngliche Philosohpie des Unternehmens ist gut und in einigen Aspekten des Betriebs noch verankert.

Things to improve

Transparenz, Verbindlichkeit und vor allem das Wichtigste: Kommunikation. Es ist schwierig die Mitarbeiter zu motivieren, wenn man von allen Seiten Sprüche wie "es ist halt momentan scheisse" oder "äs isch wies isch" zu hören bekommt.
