Each shift is led by a so called Shift Leader. He/she is at the Front Office responsible for leading his/her shift, e.g. morning or late shift under the direction of the Front Office Manager.
He/she is in charge of check-in/out and does the cash management at the Front Office.
The Shift Leader is also a direct contact person for guests. He/she has to answer their requests or refer the guests to whom it may concern. In some cases he/she assumes some of the Concierge´s duties and responsibilities.
Receptionists support the Shift Leader in his/her day-to-day business.
