Revenue Manager

A Revenue Manager is responsible foro maximizing revenue through room reservations by setting up proactive selling strategies and action plans in order to achieve the budgeted revenue and maintaining a healthy business.

Therefore he /she has always to keep an eye on new marketing channels. The main duties of the Revenue Manager cause a very close cooperation with the Sales Manager, Reservation Manager, Banquet Manager and the entire team of the Front Office.

He/she is in charge of the reservation system and of all booking related information. The results of his/her booking analysis provide a basis for company´s pricing strategy.

Considering the whole capacity and the average rates, the Revenue Manager plays an important part in building the logis budget.
