Me and my collegues were counting the days to get out of there.

Strengths

Very hard to work. Bad manager in the Spa. She does not know to manage team. Does not even know to do a proper massage. The therapists have to go wash toilets and do massages 2 minutes later. Everyone quits. Even the tips are got missing.

Things to improve

Managers could be more capable

Clean the floors, toilets, gym. Clean clean clean. 2 or 3 massages/week.

Tolles Haus. Übernahme eher ein Downgrade.

Das Team in Davos ist toll. Der Zusammenhalt recht gut. Das Hotel ist wunderschön.

Aktive Aufforderungen zum Arbeitgeber positiv bewerten sind komisch. Leider ist die Führung seitens Michel Reybier Hospitality unzuverlässig - schade für das tolle Haus. Vor der Übernahme war einiges besser und zuverlässiger…

Tolle Atmosphäre und toller Teamgeist!

Strengths

Am meisten schätze ich den Zusammenhalt in dem Hotel, dieser ist wirklich einzigartig. Das gesamte Personal unterstützt sich gegenseitig, hier spielen Abteilungen, Positionen (Studenten bis hin zum Management) oder Sprachen keine Rolle- jeder hilft sich gegenseitig. Sowohl die Personalabteilung als auch das Management lebten die „Open-door-policy“, waren für alle Belange ansprechbar, immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Insgesamt ist die Tätigkeit in diesem Saisonbetrieb abwechslungsreich und eine tolle Herausforderung. Gewisse Standards sind vorgegeben, doch es wird viel Wert auf Individualität gelegt- jeder kann und soll sich mit einbringen. 

Things to improve

Die Uniform könnte allgemein moderner sein. Zusätzlich sind es limitierte Einheitsgrößen, die nicht allen Personen passen. (z.B. kleinen oder großen Menschen) Allerdings wurde immer eine Lösung gefunden.

Toller Saison Job!

Kontakt zu den Vorgesetzten (insbesondere HR Büro), Haus, Ausstattung des Kinderbereichs, Freiheit bei der Programmgestaltung, Internationalität unter den Mitarbeitenden

Things to improve

Generell finde ich 43 Stunden pro Woche zu arbeiten zu viel. :) da bleibt einfach nicht mehr viel Zeit für die work-life-balance.

Toller Arbeitsplatz in wunderschöner Umgebung

wunderschönes Hotel in einer traumhaften Umgebung, hier arbeitet man wirklich gerne, Überstunden sind unvermeidbar - dafür entschädigt jedoch bereits der Arbeitsweg mit Aussicht, hervorzuheben ist die Personalabteilung, welche zu jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und lösungsorientert ist - das ist nicht selbstverständlich!

Uniformen der Rezeption könnten etwas modischer sein

Very short seasons make it sometimes hard to find good employees which would stay longer. High fluctuation

Apart from all the standard Front Office tasks making sure the team stays motivated and each shift runs smoothly. Training and mentoring new colleagues, be there whenever a guest or colleague needs something
