DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (K/M)

Reporting directly to General Manager she/he will be responsible for successful management of the PURO HOTEL KRAKÓW KAZIMIERZ by performing assigned duties:

  • responsible for managing daily hotel operations, providing overall leadership and continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
  • training, managing and motivating employees to ensure the hotel achieves budgeted goals, maintains its brand and high quality standards
  • participation in the developing of revenue and cost budget for hotel departments
  • creation of inspiring environment, both for staff and guests
  • setting the example of passion and enthusiasm

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • minimum 3 years of experience in operational/managerial function within the hospitality industry
  • being able to think outside the box, and truly understand and live by Puro’s brand values
  • higher degree, preferably in Hospitality, Management, Economics is a must
  • fluent in English and Polish
  • financial management skills
  • hand-on management approach
  • strong communication skills
  • familiar with modern technology
