JOB SCOPE: Supports the food and beverage operation by cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and the premises whilst maintaining hygienic standards and practices.  Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service.  


Key Requirements

§  Supports the food and beverage operation by cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and the premises whilst maintaining hygienic standards and practices.

§  Prepares kitchen equipment for use

§  Assists with checking and receiving goods

§  Store goods

§  Maintain storage areas

§  Clean and store equipment

§  Clean premises

§  Handle waste and linen

§  Maintain a hygienic kitchen

§  Clean the kitchen and equipment

Customer Service

§  Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards including:
