Global Search International is currently working with a luxury Hotel Operation and is seeking an exceptional Chinese Speaking Head Butler 
for a new opening and is now seeking a

The hotel is predominantly a High-end business five-star hotel with more than 500 rooms, suites & apartments, currently seeking an expert to lead a team of 30 Butlers Ideally working an International Guest and Celebrity list and with a young, educated Hospitality team requiring an understanding of Luxury Butler Services.

THE ROLE

·To ensures the efficient and effective management of the department towards the attainment of the overall goals and objectives of luxury service.

·Develops, motivates and effectively supports the Butler teams, in Room Dining and front office and Reservations teams.

·Developing an effective service, delivery systems and excellent methods of measuring and evaluating standards.

·Plans, develops and executes service plans to provide direction and specific results of Satisfaction.

·Develops sophisticated service to improve guest satisfaction and maximize profitability.

·Promotes exceptional service and guest awareness and clearly communicates the daily objectives to support the achievement of service need.

·Manages and evaluates the operations to ensure effectiveness and optimum utilization of resources.

·Prepares and presents an annual budget for approval.

·Develops implements and evaluates short-term tactics and long-range plans focused on customer needs and expectations.

·Identifies guest needs for timely adjustment of service standards to priorities the changing guest needs and the economic and competitive conditions.

·Be highly visible as a colleague and assessment of Luxury Standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

·Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Head Butler within internationally branded hotels

·Chinese speaking would be beneficial but not essential and ideally single.

·Proven track record of achievements is essential.

·Preferably a Degree with emphasis in Hospitality Management, strong driven focused on up selling, Public Relations and communications

·Strong leadership and organizational skills

·Strong administrative skills, along with excellent negotiation skills

·Ability to supervise and strongly motivate young professionals is a must.

·Ability to develop effective motivational strategies.
