Salary: $50,000-$60,000 + benefits

About the Client

My client is one of the hottest in the entertainment business, with amazing venues ft bowling alleys, arcades, laser tag and MORE! They are focused on both customer loyalty and team culture; this family entertainment centre is looking for a Rockstar Floor Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations
• Responsible for scheduling and training team members
• Managing guest complaints and their interactions- we want our customers to have the best cinema experience they can have!

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience or love for entertainment is a huge bonus
• A true go getter and motivator!
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent team lead
