We are one of the fastest growing wholesale yoga, Pilates & loungewear companies in Europe.
We are currently looking for a talented and dedicated sales and marketing manager who will support our team in Notting Hill, London, to further develop client relationships in Germany, the Netherlands and/ or other countries.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain existing international key accounts and strengthen client relationships through excellent customer service
• Travel extensively in order to oversee and develop international accounts
• Devise and execute individual business plans to maximise the brands growth and development
• Identify new growth strategies for Wellicious within international markets
• Set and achieve seasonal sales targets
• Oversee detailed analysis of sales data to improve forecasting and planning procedures
• Organise and attend event such as fairs, shows and exhibitions within the UK and internationally
• Contribute to and develop marketing plans and strategies
• Manage the production of marketing materials, including flyers and newsletter
• Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing material
• Source and secure sponsorships
• Work closely with other sales team members and liaise with sales and design team to determine the range of goods or services to be sold.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer facing role with proven track record in international sales management and/ or business development (e.g. retail, fashion or hotel industry
• Previous experience dealing with all aspects of business management from budgeting, planning and analysis as well as day to day sales management tools
• Highly customer focused, passion for sales and love for working closely with customers
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, energetic and results driven
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
• Great work ethic and capability of working individually and within a small company
• Bilingual in German and English. Knowledge of additional European language would be advantageous 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• General interest in Yoga and/ or Pilates
• Eligible to work in the UK
