We are looking for YOU to join our team from March 1st on as
Area Online Distribution Manager (m/ f ) In this position you will be responsible for all matters relating to online distribution and online marketing for the three Westin Hotels in Berlin, Leipzig and Dresden. You will report directly to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing and have your office in Berlin.
Your responsibilities will include (among others)
- Managing of the web presence (conceptual/content related) including local property pages, special offer pages, social media, etc. considering SEO/SEM; monitoring and reporting
- Managing and coordinating online presence on third party websites (OTAs, listings, etc) – no channel management
- close communication and cooperation with Hotels (revenue management, marketing, PR, F&B, sales) – coordinating marketing efforts online/offline with hotels, ownership, brand
- Customer relation management through newsletter, email blasts, stay-related messages (content, creation)
- Preparation and implementation of online strategy, budget and business plan
You have experience in the field of eCommerce in the upscale hotel segment and are very knowledgeable in online distribution, marketing, SEO, evaluating reports, etc.
German language skills are preferred. Additionally you are familiar with Opera, MS Office, Google Analytics and are capable to quickly understand new technologies.
