Date job offer 05/23/12 On behalf of our client, a 5* business hotel, we are looking for an Italian Head Chef (m/f) Responsibilities:
leading a kitchen brigade
training and motivating the team
development of traditional & creative gourmet menus
interaction with suppliers & negotiation of contracts
controlling the adherence to standards as well as to HACCP
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a well-experienced Italian Chef with a fine -dining background . Please note that only candidates who are able to communicate fluently (written and verbal) in English and/or German can be considered.
Previous experiences with setting up new concepts is preferrred.
