we are looking to appoint a dynamic Inspired Meeting Planner (m/w) Your tasks:
Generates new leads from prospecting potential customers,
Proactively respond for incoming leads and request for proposals,
Generates event revenue in accordance with established sales goals,
Negotiates and closes contracts, obtain deposits and final payments,
Preparing proposals, menus, contracts, function sheets with operations information,
Proactively build relationships with team members,
Presence at all assigned events to maintain client relationships and assist operations in the execution of event setting and agreeing budgets and monitoring quality standards.
