Our client is a leading 5* luxury hotel with a large operation of over 400 rooms and over 8 Food & Beverage outlets. It is a top luxury product, offering first class service. The hotel is part of one of the leading hotel management companies in the region.

For our client we are currently looking for a Director of Engineering, to manage the Engineering team, existing of 60 staff members. The DoE reports to the General Manager and is a member of the Executive Committee. The DoE is responsible for keeping the whole complex running, for looking after preventative maintenance, for yearly routine checks, and for liaising with and overseeing of external contractors.

The ideal candidate should have experience as Director of Engineering in a property with minimum 400 rooms and 7 restaurants and should be used to managing culturally diverse teams.
