Date job offer 02/03/12 Our client is a luxury hotel in Jeddah, part of an international hotel group, offering the highest standards. With immediate effect, we are looking for a Director of Human Resources (m/f) Your Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the position is responsible for managing the Human Resources function as well as the Training Department of the property in order to meet the strategic business objectives. This includes planning, implementing and maintaining a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff.
The position plays a decisive role in creating the company culture and in developing and directing the human resources of the hotel to attract and motivate the team.
Your Profile:
Due to local rules and regulations, only Saudi Nationals can be consideres for this role; under certain circumstances other nationalities can be considered, but extensive experience in KSA is mandatory.
