We are looking for an outgoing, friendly International Hostess (m/f) for a well-known 4* European Cruise Line with international passengers. You should have good working experience in a similar position in 4*or 5* hotels. Ship experience would be considered a plus.
You should have solid customer experience as well as an outgoing and courteous personality and be a well-groomed appearance. You love to work with customers and know that a satisfied guest is the best guest. You like to talk and interact with other people and have also first experiences in complaint management.

Acts as host (ess) and liaison for German speaking guests. Candidate for international host should be fluent in German and English with other languages a plus (preferably either Chinese, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, and/or Spanish). International Host / Hostess Specific Duties: Translates Daily Programs, menus and sundry guest information. Staffs a reception/hospitality desk, dealing with all inquiries for non-English-speaking guests. Translates speeches and announcements. Delivers lectures on embarkation, disembarkation procedures etc.
