Date job offer 04/26/12 Wir suchen zum baldmöglichsten Termin nach Absprache für eine langfristige Anstellung in einem unserer zwei Hotels Dom Hotel Am Römerbrunnen oder unserem Hotel Alt Deutz City-Messe-Arena in Köln: Empfangs- & Reservierungsmitarbeiter (m/w) Ihr mögliches TÄTIGKEITSPROFIL:
Eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisverantwortliche Organisation und Führung des Rezeptionsbereiches (jeweils eine Person pro jeweiliger Schicht)
inklusive Check -In, Check -Out
Kassenführung
Telefonische und schriftliche Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
Pflege der Reservierungssysteme und des Channelmanagers
Rechnungserstellung - und Kontrolle
Gästebetreuung
Allgemeine Korrespondenz mit Gästen und Lieferanten
Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagement im Bereich der Betriebsabläufe und des Personals (Einhalten von Standards, sowie deren Überprüfung und Anpassung, etc. )
Vermittlung von dienstleistungsorientierter Arbeit
Mit-Organisation und Koordination sämtlicher Betriebsabläufe
