Leitung eines ca. 50 köpfigen Teams
Verantwortung für Einkauf- und Lagerbewirtschaftung und Controlling
Budgeterstellung für den F&B Bereich
Qualitäts- und Kostenkontrolle
Erstellen des Speise- und Getränkeangebotes
einschließlich deren Kallkulation
Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheit sowie Evaluierung
Mitarbeiterplanung, Schulung und Lehrlingsausbildung
Ausüben der Duty Manager Funktion
Führen des gesamten F&B Bereiches nach modernen
und betriebswirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen.
