* have completed a Pastry Chef Apprenticeship;
* have a stable CV;
* have at least 2 year's recent and current international experience as Sous Chef Patissier in luxury international 5 Star hotels;
* speak very good English;
* have experience in large international 5* Luxury Hotels with multiple a la carte outlets and large banquet facilities;
* have excellent communication skills and very strong leadership skills;
* be capable of working with a multi-national team;
