Your main responsibility is to provide service and security to guests during night time. In more detail that is to provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service as well as security to guests in absence of departmental manager and limited staff during the night, in line with the hotel's guidelines and corporate guidelines and service concepts.
Maintain confidentiality with all guest information.
Maintain up to date knowledge on events and activities in the city.
Prepares night audit reports as requested.
