Coordinating mailings
Communication on the phone and per emails
Contacts with clients and suppliers
Updating the in-house reservation system
General administrational tasks (e. g. post in / out, filing)
The successful candidate should
Have good English skills
Be customer- and team-orientated
Possess strong organisational and communicative skills
Very good knowledge of English and either German and/or French
Have good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
We offer you
