Um unseren Gästen höchste Qualität bieten zu können, suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Verstärkung unseres 13 Punkte Gault Milleau Küchenteams als Anlernkoch (m/w) für das Trader Vic's Sie sind im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit unter anderem für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:
Pflege und Reinigung aller Arbeitsbereiche und -geräte nach Anweisung, Gewährleistung der hausspezifischen und gesetzlichen Hygienevorschriften.
Sachgemäße Lagerung aller Lebensmittel und Rohstoffe nach Anweisung.
Vorbereitung und Durchführung aller Arbeiten im Produktionsbereich unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Gesichtspunkte und unter Wahrung des Qualitätsstandards.
